Vendredi c’était Takoyaki (たこ焼き) faits maison! Un petit air d’Osaka flotte sur Saint-Max!! boulettes assorties de mayo + sauce okonomiyaki + algue + bonite… La technique reste à peaufiner mais l’essentiel est là.
